We use NZ Courier Post for all orders. 
These delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. Dontbeadoormat is not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. 
If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
If you need to return a dontbeadoormat due to a fault we will provide a refund including shipping costs. However if it is being returned due to a mistake made on the customers behalf we will refund the costs of the dontbeadoormat not including shipping. If a dontbeadoormat is requested to be swapped there may be additional charges to cater for price differences or to pay for additional shipping costs.
We endeavor to ship items out as quickly as possible however there may be some delays around sale times and public holidays, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
